YOUR LOYALTY CAN TRAVEL WITH YOU
Your first Explora Journey does not necessarily mean starting over.
Explora Club Status Match allows eligible status from another travel or cruise loyalty programme to be considered through Explora’s current conversion matrix. A successful match places you at the corresponding Explora Club level with the rewards associated with it.
Proof of current status is required. Requests are generally processed within 10 business days and can be made before or after reserving or sailing. Current recognition and timing should be confirmed before departure.
Status Match is available once in a guest’s lifetime. If you hold more than one eligible status, compare the current options before submitting the one that offers the greatest value.
